      Better scheduling and care than Class 1 railways Good low to mid level management 4% stock matching on private ownership, went up 30% last year and has averages 20% since 2000

      Cons

      Most of your coworkers are former class 1 and are jaded from the experience, they are still switchman in their mid 30s or older working entry level jobs

      Pros

      The pay is reasonable, the work at this location would be comparable to a road switcher at CN or CPKC. They care about the employees here. Serious about Safety and it’s a great career company.

      Cons

      This location is fairly remote. For many people this could be an issue.
