Great bosses, and foremen, usually plenty of hours and basically paid to travel around Canada

Cons

Just need a little more organization of trackmen and equipment, they need to update to a more effective and simpler personnel and equipment management software.

The best reason to work here is to make you appreciate a good job when one finally comes along, after you leave this circus.

Cons

Weak, pathetic, disingenouous, disorganized management in Vaughan/Kleinberg. Crap pay. Despite what the ad says there is NO pension, and, NO stock options for employees at this location. Employees sit around and gossip like a bunch of old women. 12 hour shifts, you switch to nights every other month. Everything in the ad, and, what you will hear from that "supervisor", and his lackey are outright lies to get you to sign on.
