Management/Leadership is incredibly Machiavellian. It's not what you know, or what you can do, it's who's bum you kiss Takes forever to get decent pay Subpar benefits No support if you get sick or hurt, even on the job Leadership sweeps serious incidents under the rug to protect KPI's
