      Pros

      Emphasis on Design in Everything. Great environment for collaboration in design and delivery. Flexible work hours. Team culture and mentorship are a focus. Strongly encourages employees to engage with their communities. Single Firm bottom line means you do not compete with other office locations. Environmental Awareness Week annual event brings all office together to focus on environmental issues and renewed emphasis on sustainable design globally.

      Cons

      Large corporation still have remnants of silos, although there are firmwide deliberate steps to prevent this from occurring. Corporate administrative processes can be complicated and frustrating.

      -Valued asset to the firm -Freedom, willingness and encouragement for the employee to try new things -Made sure the intern got to see all realms of the career (Not just glued to a computer screen)

      -None that I can think of, it was a wonderful place to work over my internship
