Cons: Mislead on where the company was going. Japan hired a bunch of consultants to pay them a lot of money to tell them what they tell all their clients... cut payroll and reduce your products to conserve money. Japan only made one real year effort to break into the PACS/VNA market and gave up after just over a year. Then did a second mass RIF that impacted 42 people.

Multiple; Executive leadership flounders on creating vision and direction. That impacts product direction, so each product and engineering team is basically left on their own. There is no direction to unify or standardized within the products or technology stacks. Product roadmaps are changed on a whim which causes severe disruptions with timely delivery. Product teams are driven by customer requests constantly and they make minimal to no effort to protect engineering teams current feature delivery and schedules.
