      Nice, helpful colleagues Good work/life balance International colleagues

      Career progression only for selected few (men) - no talent management programme can fix that Severe lack of diversity in head office Sloooooow decision taking In need of external recruitment to replace vast majority of senior management to provide new perspectives to the business & inject new energy into company No vision from management Lack of leadership Pay is not on par with industry standards

      1~good people to work with in general 2~working overtime is close to none 3~room to learn 4~job security

      Cons

      1~basic and increment will be low and not competitive ~entice you to accept offer using overall package with allowance and bonus and incentive 2~promotion is a really rare ~direct want to promote you but hr can just reject 3~hr could have a say about your kpi when they do not even work with you 4~clock in 8:30am for work, again after 5:30pm to end work

      Great Brand, good products but lost its way!!

      Cons

      European strategy centre is so far from away from customers it has absolutely no idea what customers want and need. The sales focus of the business is woefully poor and morale is dire.

      We're confident that investments and changes shared with our employees are making a positive impact - but appreciate that we need to continue looking at the most effective ways to communicate, engage with and retain talent e.g. the Development Hub. Its an industry-wide challenge but please rest assured that there is plenty of effort placed on retaining, motivating and rewarding talent at all levels.
