Pros
Great colleagues who do their best with what they have. depending on your role and manager, you have autonomy. Company looks good on your CV Compensation is average depending on which department you work in. If you have the drive and knowledge to do so, you can move around to different departments. Many opportunities if your are able to position yourself right.
Cons
Company has a vision of where they want to go, but is struggling to do so. Directors of various functions do not always appears to be working together for common goals. Goal agreement between functions could be stronger. Employees focus on their goals; if work comes up outside of those goals, you may not get cooperation.
