8yPace of change is always a tough one - what is slow for some is fast for others, studies show that Canon is not alone: most companies that existed pre-internet struggle with the changes brought about in large part by digitisation. We all have the ability to act as change agents but it's a very personal decision how much we're comfortable with and/or if we want to be part of it.
