The Japanese are truly long term thinkers and clearly value your skills if you show you really care and treat the company like it was your own. ICT streams have changed dramatically over the years with multiple vendors on site and offshore model for certain functions. The real strength lie with the great mix of people from various companies, permanent staff at the company as well as externals. It is a great place to develop and grow.
