      Superb training. They don't make you work at home.

      Cons

      Slow career growth. Too much value on seniority. Can't bring smartphones to work. Little freedom in the workplace.

      Work life balance, no pressure, not so much pros but still OK company just like a govt job where there is less work pressure but also less salary

      No or very less growth , work given will not be according to your skill sets anyone can join any department, less salary
