Pros

Canon EMEA is a company that operates according to it's vision and philosophy. As an intern my experience has been overall a learning experience that has improved my personal and professional development. The work environment is one where taking the initiative and continuous improvement is encouraged and recognised.

Cons

So far I have not identified any cons to working at Canon EMEA other than interns being presented with an opportunity to be returning employees. This is not a program that is up and running yet. Hopefully, it will be available in future.

Good company culture. Good products. They do value staff welfare. Extra two days annual leave per year

Cons

Constant management changes and direction. Jobs for the boys and promotions are limited.

There is a scope for growth across verticals & recognition from central management only if you are able to reach them circumventing the ire of the locally represented top management

Cons

Typically the top management is bureaucratic, aristocratic and partial towards their "close-circle" people who get al the benefits even though the others in various departments work equally as compared to their well-positioned management puppets
