      Staff benefits in general are adequate and slightly better compare to some similar market peers. Colleagues are helpful.

      Pros

      Great office building that fosters mobile working. Learning and development team have some strong and diverse training. Good salary packages. Good people and energy. Plenty of opportunity if you are willing to do the work!

      Cons

      Sometimes there can seem to be a lot of change which can get frustrating as this affects projects you are involved with. Typical corporate gossips are alive and well. We still don't leverage expertise across business silos making it harder to get experience across different business areas.
