Assumes that sales staff are "do-it-alls" without providing proper tools to attack the market - No marketing activities done to excite and entice market. Relying very much solely on brand name. Due to this other competitors have taken over recently. - No clear career guidance. Only when one tenders resignation that Management - Often have issues with providing stock & spare parts. Very detrimental as clients often need proper deadlines to continue operations - Efforts are not appreciated. - Too much paperwork as systems are not streamlined. Management needs to review its processes
