      Good company reputation, interesting products and size of the organisation. Possibility to contribute with personal initiative. Employees treated fairly and good sense of belonging among employees in the company. Strong commitment from the employees as part of the company culture.

      Cons

      The company has had glorious years and is trying to find a new direction. Overall the french organisation has a very high average age. Very little innovation when it comes to internal processes and culture. Very much stuck in the past...
