Good location, decent hours, relativily stable environment, not hard work. Some opportunity to travel for business development. Exempt employees are allowed alevel of flexibility

Cons

Very little personel development A throwback to the old boy (or girl) network. Not really promoted based upon performance but how well you cater to someone else in a higher position. Work is not very challenging. Low pay in relation to oter companies offering a similar product

1) R &D teams are small and upper management gives you the freedom to bring out new ideas and solutions related to the project.

Cons

Sometimes it hard to get your proposal approved by the senior management even you have got some potential idea to bloom into a full fledge project .
