Pros

Nice environment with good people around you. They have also great team activities, and keeps you integrated within the team. You can easily respect your working program.

Cons

-> Poor management. The manager didn't knew their people that well and sometimes felt some pressure in the team which was not needed. -> If you want to learn, you need to do it on your own. As a professional, you will feel a downgrade. Not that many opportunities to grow on a programming language.
