Once a great company, now an empty shell...

Pros

Nice building (with plenty of empty parking spaces, empty walking trails, and empty desks). Looks great on your resume.

Cons

Canon products are no longer relevant in the market. The company is led by risk adverse lawyers and accountants with no vision for the future. Visionaries do not exist at Canon.

Pros

At my level the only reason is salary. There is opportunity to be involved with many projects and so much fixing of things allows you to have a well rounded resume.

Cons

Closed minded, people working there for so many years and they know no other way, intimidation to conform. I feel like I am being used for my skills and abilities with no career path. I have been there almost a decade but I'm just waiting in line behind a bunch of others.
