      Pros

      Decent benefits. If you are a white male or of Japanese decent, Canon is a decent place to work. Otherwise you are a statistic to say that there is diversity in the company. But, you will never matter.

      Cons

      No diversity in top leadership. Women and Blacks work twice as hard and get little to no recognition, and excuses are made to keep them “in their place”.

      Stable employment, above average benefits, 401k, profit sharing, on-site cafe and gym. Can be a good place for work life balance depending on your role.

      Cons

      Meetings to prepare for meetings. Heavy management structure. Little mobility. Very political environment.
