      Pros

      The Cafeteria has great food if you work 1st shift!!! Employees are nice for the most part. A set schedule. Great Christmas Parties every other year. You will get experience, they will work you to death in every department.

      Cons

      Top Heavy!! Low wages for the amount of work that is expected of you. Not a lot of diversity in management definitely a "good ole boy connection". Pigeon holed into positions not a lot of room for upward movement.

      Pros

      Paid time off work. A lot of good co-workers. Cafeteria. Guarded parking. Secure employment if you don't mind being tossed around from department/shift. They should have plenty of work for years to come.

      Cons

      Few resources available for assigned work, must be a member of a 'click" in order to move past a pawn position on the chessboard. An excellent and hard worker with perfect attendence receives the same reward as a lazy slacker. Management talks the talk, but far from walking the walk. Management has their own personal agendas that have nothing to do with the best interest of the company. Benefits no longer a factor since obamacare has taken over.

      Pros

      Long term employment is realistic if you are willing to "settle". Diverse work environment which will add depth to your repertoire.

      Cons

      At one time the term "Family member" meant something. Now it's more like incest because you will get screwed if you're not in "the click", hanging out with the boss after work, etc. Long time female LBP management members need to be removed from their positions, they only bully their employees with threats and / or intimidation.
