The company culture is pretty laid back and flexible depending on the department head. They try to stress individual growth by offering classes at their classroom center.
Cons
Leadership is vague. Work is assigned and rushed even though there isn't a sufficient reason. There is also a lot of chaos in terms of paperwork and archives. A lot of politics is involved.
