Throughout the past year, we’ve conducted numerous off-cycle compensation reviews as well as introduced a semiannual performance review process for our retail front line positions. We will continue to regularly review market compensation data and conduct reviews for our people, as well as regularly seek feedback and new benefit options that positively impact them.
