Pros

Used to be a good company before the Original owners sold it to the Real Estate guy in Texas.

Cons

Lowest pay on the Las Vegas Strip, very hostile work environment, management is untrained and plays favorites. Upper management is very unprofessional and HR can't maintain confidentiality. The real estate guy in Texas has taken a once great place and run it into the ground. When you work for Canyon Ranch, you are a walking dollar sign, they only care about getting the customer once, they really don't care if the customer comes back, and they customers know that if they complain about any little thing, they will get a discount on their service, or even their service for free.
