Pros

-Allows use of facilities. If you are looking to make a lifestyle change, this is a huge plus. I have learned much in this regard and it has very positively influenced my life and am much healthier as a result. The catch is that it is minimally encouraged by management, so you need to be the self-motivated type. In other words, use this as a temporary job when you want to focus on lifestyle rather than career. Take what you learn here and succeed career-wise elsewhere. -Coworkers and clients are awesome to work with.

Cons

- Pay. Expect to be paid significantly less than a comparable job anywhere else, it is not a livable wage. -No to poor benefits aside from being able to use facilities. -Work culture is very much one of 'getting by' rather than succeeding, this will surely have a negative impact on clients. I do not see this business thriving in the future if it's culture is not addressed. -Management does not have leadership skills. - Technologically 20 years outdated.

Pros

I loved my coworkers. The guests were happy to be here and staff was happy to assist guests. Great culture and vibe!

Cons

Management in certain departments. Medical needs to rethink their supervisors.
