      Open PTO (work, life balance), career paths, internal growth,

      Collaborative work spaces. Their headquartered in WI and moved to an open concept and short cubicle walls. Renovations look nice, but for those of us who are introverts have a hard time with low cubicle walls. Even managers are in them. I agree with the collaborative areas for team meetings, but tall walls are needed to have phone conversations and not overhearing everyone else's conversations.
