Thank you for your review! We’re so happy to hear you are enjoying the culture and your colleagues. We’re proud of the work our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging council, along with our Employee Resource Groups, are doing to make sure CapTech will always be a place that people feel they can bring their whole selves to work each day. For project/product placement, we strive to have our people support client work where they are excited and feel they are growing their skill set. If you’d like to dive in a bit deeper on that topic, I’m always happy to discuss further and welcome your feedback and ideas. -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director, HR

Pros

CapTech continually reassesses how it operates and how it's organized to better serve both employee and client needs. Though much work remains on diversity, equity and inclusion, the commitment is real. Most colleagues are very bright, creative and dedicated.

Cons

Staff augmentation projects represent at least half the client work and can feel less strategic in nature, even if high-impact for the client.

Thank you for taking time to share your review and thoughts! We are fortunate to have a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) council dedicated to a strategic roadmap to address the work that remains. The commitment is very real, and leadership is a major champion of the DIB efforts. If you’d like to further discuss your thoughts on staff augmentation projects, I always welcome that conversation. -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director, HR

I really can't think of any cons. This is one of the best employers I've had in over 15 years.

Thank you for your review! It is great to hear you felt the support and friendly welcome from our people when you started. The onboarding experience remains extremely important for our new hires starting in this remote environment. And we were so happy to introduce and offer new and very relevant benefit offerings over the past several months. I hope you are finding the resources beneficial! -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director, HR
