It’s great to know how this has had a positive influence on your overall experience. We hear from many consultants that they would like a better understanding of how staffing works at CapTech. With this in mind, we created the Central Bench and Staffing Insights program, which has recently become a company-wide channel. Each week, the staffing team offers insights into what is trending across the organization, where there is forecasted demand, and how to cross-train more strategically. Additionally, there are weekly spotlights and informative deep dives into innovative happenings within our practice areas and with emerging technologies, where our CapTechers can get more involved and have more ownership of their career path.
