The people at CapTech are awesome. You really won't find a better group, smart, helpful, and want you to succeed.

Cons

As with all consulting firms, your time here will depend a lot on the projects you will be placed on. Sometimes the projects weren't the most exciting.

Great place to learn a lot, but limited upward mobility at a certain point

Exposure to a lot of technology, exposure to a lot of different companies, very smart coworkers

Cons

Limited growth potential once you hit a certain level, the pay is not as competitive (you have to fight for it)

Adjusted well to remote work. Actively looks for ways to keep employees happy and connected.

Cons

Having some growing pains with managing very very large projects. Seem to be learning from mistakes and adapting
