Pros

One of CapTech's core strengths is hiring great people. This means, that once you're in the door, you have the privilege of working with some of the best and brightest in the industry. I love CapTech because they hire the right people, not ONLY the right skills.

Cons

As mentioned, CapTech is growing quickly, so you have to be able to come up with a plan and execute. Though the 'coaching culture' makes it easy to speak your mind, nobody is going to tell you where to take your career. You have to be ready to drive that forward yourself.

Pros

The Columbus office team is comprised of incredibly talented and humble people, which is a testament to how selective and also intentional leadership is when hiring. There is a diverse portfolio of client work available to support, which enables consultants to get exposure to multiple IT verticals. Leadership supports each consultant's career interests and keeps a close pulse on satisfaction with client work to ensure alignment. Able to help grow and scale a national office - feels very entrepreneurial. The work/life balance is ideal - there are ebbs and flows due to the nature of the work, but overall it's great. And if it's not, you can let leadership know and they will come up with a plan for scaling your work back.

Cons

The smaller, national offices are new so it has taken some time to standardize processes. Some consultants have to travel out of state to client site. Breaking into a new account at CapTech sometimes means being put in a staff aug type of role.
