Thank you for taking a time to leave a review and recognize our amazing CapTech culture and people. We appreciate everything you contributed to our great environment! While we do respond to our clients needs, this often provides opportunities for our people to work on different clients, industries and with different technologies - often presenting new opportunities to our people! -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director - HR

Pros

The people I work with directly are positive and good folks

Cons

Corporate leadership is constrained by board level requirements for more revenue into straining people, pushing folks past their limits, and has resulted in part thanks to terrible communication, added stress, low promotion and pay cycles, in scores of the best talented people leaving. I, like everyone else I talk to in my circle, will be leaving as soon as we can.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective—and for the many years you’ve spent at CapTech. It’s genuinely difficult to read feedback like this, especially from someone who has been part of the firm for so long. We’re glad to hear that your day‑to‑day colleagues have been a positive part of your experience. At the same time, we take seriously your concerns about communication, workload, career progression, and the impact these factors can have on stress and retention. When talented people feel strained or unheard, that is something we must pay attention to. CapTech’s leadership regularly reflects on how we balance growth with our responsibility to support and develop our people, and we recognize that we don’t always get that balance right. We are actively working to improve transparency, strengthen feedback loops, and ensure that our culture continues to evolve in a way that reflects the values that attracted so many of us here in the first place. Please reach out directly so we can further discuss. -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director - HR

Good ol boys club

Pros

If you make friends with the right people, you'll be set.

Cons

If you aren't in the good ol' boys club your time won't last long. They don't make innovative or even semi-risky movements. They are slow and steady which might work well for certain clients but isn't a way to move a tech company into the future.

Thank you for your review. We are genuinely sorry if your experience working for us is leaving you feeling undervalued or excluded. That is not the environment we strive to create, as supported by our Belonging core value. CapTech is continuing to strive for "what's next" and believe innovation, calculated risk-taking and fresh perspectives are critical to staying relevant in our fast-moving industry and to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
