CapTech is committed to it's core values and putting in the work to be successful! The leaders are transparent and engaging. There is nothing but support from my co-workers not only on CapTech engagements but also at home! Our voices are heard through our Employee Resource Groups which include something for everyone- very diverse!

Cons

I can't say anything negative at this time. I have been happy with this company and feel as if I made the best choice to work here!

Pros

Flexible work environment that understands employees' and consultants' work/life balances is a must-have in today's job market and seeks to constantly improve these types of methods. The "coaching" mentor style at CapTech allows for employees and their senior counterpart to work in tandem rather than falling into instances of micromanagement commonly found at other companies. - My coach played a pivotal part in getting me up to speed soon after starting remotely (P.S. this was my first full remote job)

I have yet to encounter a con or issue while working here.
