Pros

Working at CapTech continues to be a positive experience for me. One of the standout aspects is the humble attitude of all employees, regardless of their level. This creates a supportive and collaborative work environment where knowledge sharing is not just encouraged but thrives. The company provides ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, making it a wonderful place to advance your career. Overall, CapTech fosters a culture of continuous learning and respect, contributing to a rewarding workplace.

Cons

While CapTech offers many positive aspects, there are areas for improvement. One concern that I have is that the pay may not be as competitive as it could be compared to other opportunities in the market - I have done the research and interviewed around Richmond and for other remote positions. Also, I wish the company would be more strategic with its marketing budget and focus spending on areas that would yield greater benefits. Another area of improvement I wish they would take on is the compensation structure. The biannual bonus based on utilization is seen as limiting by many in the company, as it is beyond the employee's control. Employees might benefit from additional compensation rewards or recognition that directly reflects their performance and contributions.
