Can land some not so glamorous gigs, I'd say 50/50 good gigs and boring ones.

Pros

CapTech is a very "flat" company. Everyone is very accessible and willing to help. And there are many opportunities to pick up new skills and be involved in any topic of interest. Work/life balance is also very valued.

Cons

Chances of being staffed on client heavily depend on the connections you make within the company rather than being mostly on past experiences + work history.
