Cons

Unsure of this for now, but the bench has been getting a little backed up; could benefit from acquiring more projects and/or providing more guidance on certifications.

At CapTech I have found personal and professional development to be utmost importance when it comes to company values. You truly have the time and encouragement to explore new areas of study and blaze your own path towards career success. Everyone I have met, no matter their title, are eager to support you on this journey in a positive and friendly manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has found their field and wants to continue exploring the breadth it has to offer.

Cons

Depending on your perspective, largely remote work may or may not be a con. Personally the remote environment works in my favor, but for those who want to be in the office 5 days a week… you can, however there are only a few people who regularly go in, so your best bet would be to get a group who you know to go with you.
