Pros

Smart people, hardworking leadership, straightforward career development, lots of support

Cons

-Pay structure is demotivating -- ability to gain bonuses is based on maintaining a high billable rate (over 40 hours a week), and is dependent on company's ability to staff workers to projects - Design leaders have problems winning work and no clear strategy / pipeline on selling -- which creates a larger than average bench
