Pros

Great teammates, and interesting projects at times. It is a forward-thinking organization in most ways.

Cons

Felt like a fraternity sometimes. Or like high school, with cliques & popularity contests. If you were "different," it could be ostracizing. Extroverts who "fit the mold" & participate in every happy hour, do very well here.

Pros

Captech really is a special place to work. The encouragement to further one's own career through free and paid for trainings is top notch and very inclusive. The people are the strength of the company, and working with talented and motivated people really bring out the best in my personal work.

Cons

The office (pre-covid) was bursting at the seams and the yearly, mid year, and surveys conducted can be a bit much, but I've gotten used to them over the last 2 years. Salary may be a little lower than other firms, but it is still competitive, and the atmosphere makes up for it.

Pros

Great mid size environment where you can develop both your interests and your skills. Big enough to have a variety of project options and small enough to know your name. People are willing to share their expertise and are just nice. People really care about each other.

Cons

If you reach up and network, you will get noticed. The company doesn't as often reach down and notice and promote talent. They seem to be working on that lately based on feedback.
