      Pros

      I have been with CapTech for 2 years and I feel very fortunate to work here. The leaders really do care about Consultants and are focused on improving areas where there are short comings. I believe the pay, balance, and benefits are fair/good and opportunities for growth are available to me.

      Cons

      There has been a fair amount of changes over the last year that feel a bit reactionary given what's been going on in the environment with our clients and markets.

      Fast paced place to work.

      Pros

      New technology. Great team based support. Great exciting clients. National opportunities. Many mentors and career development opportunities. Management guidance and training.

      Cons

      High demand. High turn over. Short contract based work. If client demand tanks, you’re out of work. You leave a place and don’t have agency in the product you’re delivering.

      Living up to Mission Statement

      Exciting opportunities on national accounts, smart and energetic teammates, and a management team that is focused on creating a great place to work.

      Cons

      Rapid growth creates some challenges but management team seems to be staying in front of issues.
