      Ok for a temporary place, but a company that never values your hard work

      Great place to work if you get staffed correctly

      Great work life balance, fair compensation

      Cons

      Some projects are very staff-aug, but I think you will get that just about anywhere. Your experience is going to be very tied to the type of projects you get staffed on.

      Special Place to Work

      Pros

      Captech really is a special place to work. The encouragement to further one's own career through free and paid for trainings is top notch and very inclusive. The people are the strength of the company, and working with talented and motivated people really bring out the best in my personal work.

      Cons

      The office (pre-covid) was bursting at the seams and the yearly, mid year, and surveys conducted can be a bit much, but I've gotten used to them over the last 2 years. Salary may be a little lower than other firms, but it is still competitive, and the atmosphere makes up for it.
