      Great place to work!

      Pros

      Great people throughout the firm. Too to bottom - I’m very impressed with the talent here especially compared to other firms.

      Cons

      Not really a con - Captech did a nice job of handling a potentially terrible year. Communication was consistent and clear. Regular touch points with sr leaders at both local office and corporate were especially welcomed.

      Good place to start career

      Pros

      Exposure to a lot of tech since you are a consultant. Tons of smart people. Great office. Work from home.

      Cons

      Not enough training when entering a project. Doing great with clients doesnt mean a promotion. 50hr is norm if you want to get promoted

      Good Place to work if you like consulting

      Pros

      Listening. In some work places if you have an idea they don't listen to you.. Here they encourage you to share your ideas! Great place

      Cons

      Visibility into projects that are available for you to work on. Though someone is working with getting you on a project, you don't know if you are going to be a good fit. A good way to address that is having project (overview of scope) be viewable by the consultant so they can "sign up" for it. Then that way you know that if there are a number of consultants that sign up for it one can determine who is the better fit.
