Pros

Fast paced environment with lots of moving pieces. Engineering focused company that was always looking to grow and expand. If you have an idea, it will heard.

Cons

There are no cons that I could list as, on it’s best day, fulfillment is a stressful field. Things go wrong from time to time and we are paid to manage and fix them.

Cons

Holidays are scarce. Busy season is Christmas time.

Pros

A great opportunity to learn, exposure to various fields, Thom Campbell one of the best bosses.

Cons

Wrong people going in management roles who are just going to harm the hardworking slot. The owners should not trust few set of people. Spanish community is large and they favor each other regardless being unfair. The owners require to hire multicultural people.
