      Thanks for the positive comments about the quality of work at Capco. The firm is proactive in monitoring and embedding fair procedures, including for promotion. All promotions are subject to a robust business case by the relevant manager, and review and challenge by a number of stakeholders at performance review roundtables. This ensures that only those promotions that are deemed fair, consistent and justified by a range of people, are approved. The firm also provides procedures for staff to challenge promotion decisions. It is a testament to our process that these are very rarely used.

      I joined as a lateral 6 years back after spending significant time of my professional career with a large Indian IT firm. It was such a big change for me then. In the next 5-6 years I got a chance to do so many things which I’m quite sure most of the companies couldn’t offer to employees belonging to the junior/middle management. I was able to enhance my skills, attend client meetings with global leadership, travel on-site for training and support India operations. With an open mind, one can do wonders at Capco, just that intent must be there! There is lots happening in the financial world now which opens abundant opportunity for all in the game. I have not worked for any other consulting firms; however I can confidently tell that Capco has never disappointed me in the past 6 years. Happy to be here ….
