Pros

1) SME knowledge in program and project management, Murex 2) if you have a good Coach then you get to learn and be involved in wide variety of work that will enrich you 3) I had a lot of fun working in this team 4) Flexible manager and client i was allowed to WFH and plan my vacation 5) if you're in the right team with a good Coach/ Manager then they usually push you to learn many new things and guide u to be abreast with new tech

Cons

-Leveling is not consistent across global -took me 5 years to become consultant II while the person who joined at the same time in US & UK performing at same pace and level are already Sr consultants or principal consultants. - forced ranking/rating system between collogues doing different work. i.e. Tech or testing vs PM or PMO
