      1. Good opportunities are there if you want to move from one project to another. 2. You will get daily fruit 3. work balance is quite cool

      Cons

      Your skills will get changed. Not enough projects for the movement of employees. If you are in good hands , good things happen otherwise not.

      Capco is active with driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda with not just recently published Gender Pay Gap showed that our gender pay gap has narrowed since 2018 - we are close to achieving parity at hourly pay level. I recently attended our BAME event where it was clear we are pushing the boundaries of being a voice for that community. The highlight of this month was our Mental Health event. Great to have two male partners sharing their personal stories as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. As well as the CEO of CALM was on the panel.
