Pros

When there is project they will make u work too much with lot of pressure

Cons

When the project is finished they will ask you to sit in bench.. After sitting in bench for 5 months if u get job somewhere and when u put papers, then they start the game.. They will ask u to serve the notice period of 3 months even though u are in bench which is unfair.. and if you can serve only one month then the other 2 months money they will ask u to pay..If there is no buy out option in the company where u are joining then they will ask u pay from your pocket and leave. Not sure for sitting in bench why they are giving this much pressure to a employee.. And the Hr will make u to run behind all the managers like a govt office.. Not sure if the UK HR knows about it that they are taking money from the employee ... They even calculate the money from the gross salary which is a huge amount.. Some people mentioned that the company will provide money for course certification amount, but the same amount they will ask u to pay back and leave.. There are so many people in the bench .. There is no much growth in the company . So please think about this when people are joining.. If you are in project then atleast we can think of paying back the amount.. They are taking money from the Bench people who don't have projects to work... So finally the employees will hate the company and leave and no body will recommend to join that company. no negotiation will be there from them. At least they should ask from your basic salary... The amount which we get in hand is less as all the taxes they will cut and give... As they have less projects they are making profit from this I think so
