      Pros

      I have been associated with Capco since last 1 Year. And one thing I see here, performance is awarded immediately and no matter who you are at what level. I see people get promotion in 6 Months after joining the company based on there performance. It is also important, that same god performer gets feedback if they start showing clumsy attitude. Management is committed to growth and implement best practices. Its a company which is on rapid growth path and its people are also in same trajectory.

      Cons

      HR - Needs to be more effective. HR needs to build its own view and not fall in line of management review for all the time. Bench - As this is a rapidly growing company, it is understood that the high bench. Because if you don't have bench you can't win project. However, time to crack some good deals.
