      Pros

      the employees outside of C-Level leadership are actually cool. You can make lots of friendships that will continue when you no longer work there. The global CEO is also great. Don't trust the U.S. CEO or COO to have your back.

      Cons

      If you are not best friends with the U.S. COO then your days are numbered. In order to keep your job, regardless of the phenomenal work that you are doing, you need to be family friends with an executive or a favorite of the top three guys. Would not wish an experience of working here on anybody...You will be beyond stressed out and feeling like each day could be your last.

      Pros

      Small company culture with the reduced risk of being owned by a big company. Meritocracy, not for everyone. Its easy to get recognized and feel like you make a difference in the company. The Partners, including the CEO is easily accessible and actually respond to requests and suggestions.

      Cons

      Inconsistency of project tasks. Assigned roles not aligned to qualifications. Because its so easy to get recognition in this small company, the poor performers can get promoted based on who knows them, simply because they spend less time working and more time planning events. High turnover.

      nice phone (don't know what to to put down to exceed 5 words!)

      Cons

      Fake consulting firm, insane office politics which is impossible to stay out of, incompetent HC ruling the bench, endless recruitment events (evenings, mornings, lunch hour), pathetic travel expense policy! Question why all the positive comments got posted after consecutively negative comments and why the overall rating raised from 2.7 to above 3 over such short period of time! Think twice even as gap filler.
