      Pros

      Corporate but relaxed environment. Work hard, play hard is not just a gimmick its true. We work extremely hard but it never feels like work and the rewards are amazing!! We just got back from Puerto Rico. Career growth is solely based on performance, we're fast tracked to the top. (money and title) I've been promoted twice in a year and 2 months. Diverse company

      Ummmmm... A lot of employees are also good looking so it might be distracting if you are focused. Ha! Some con huh?

      Pros

      Capco is a growing company and it is still trying to figure out its place in the world. I came from Accenture, a firm with a lot of great people who are hindered by a mismanaged corporate giant. Capco has a lot of the same people that you work with at Accenture doing a lot of the same projects. The difference is that Capco offers an opportunity to grow and innovate. It does not hinder creativity like a larger firm, but embraces it.

      Cons

      Since it is growing so quickly, they have been in a hiring frenzy - there definitely isn't a consistent standard of employee across the entire firm. However, just like any company, the trick is to find your niche with good people - and you will definitely find success.
