      Pros

      Capco has very good working environment, nice colleagues and everyone is willing to share the experiences on project. Nice international working environment and people are open minded, friendly.

      Cons

      Currently every thing is nice, will add on if anything comes to mind.

      Thank you for your review, and we are delighted to hear that you have enjoyed your 3+ years at Capco. We fully agree that we have a great culture with lots of great opportunities for our employees. Consulting by it's nature can mean spending lots of time on client site, however we actively encourage our employees to come along to events and to visit the office whenever possible. This includes industry events, celebrations, networking and knowledge-sharing events. We always aim to consider the remote nature of many of our employees when planning events and initiatives.
