      Focus on coaching & learning

      Pros

      -They spend a lot of time coaching you and pushing you to become better and more confident in your job. Learning is very important for CAPCO. They are very open for new (creative) ideas and like entrepreneurship / hands on approach. -As long as you’re not working on a project there is a lot of flexibility for your working hours. The colleagues are also very friendly, helpful and professional.

      Cons

      Their IT software/system is still going through some growing pains. But I’m sure it will resolve itself. For the moment I can’t come up with anything else.

We have a varied learning curriculum in place, including core schools for each level, as well as coaching and other opportunities for our employees to develop. As we transition to become a fully independent firm, our IT software, systems and support will be enhanced. This is already in progress, and something which the team is very focused on.       A Fast Growing Firm

      Pros

      Capco is growing aggressively which means it has lot to offer. The internal connect sessions are a great way to socialize and to know what is going on in another world apart from your project. Management and HR are quite cordial and approachable and regularly interact with employees. Overall, an employee friendly place to work.

      Cons

      It still need to mature in terms of infrastructure and policies.
