- Small Company gave freedom to me plan my career based on my interest. -Company is much addressing the employee concern and trying to resolve as much as possible, if a employee has reached the company expectation - I have seen, Junior employee can be able to reach top level manager and HR lead to raise their voice. I don't think so, this could be possible in other organization.

Cons

- Have few rumors about company and management since the organization is small and one or two employee creating rumors in the floor and may taken into account as false perception by other employees.

As a firm with little hierarchy, Capco actively fosters an open culture and our leaders work alongside our consultants, often using hot desks in our office space. We are also about to start a new series of online leadership Q&A sessions in the UK, to enable our employees to put questions to our leaders and get real-time responses.
