      Thank you for highlighting your thoughts and feedback. We are reforming the Performance Review Framework and you should hear more about the changes as we prepare to roll out the framework in 2017. What we’ve done is compiled the feedback from each Geo to understand what works well and what doesn't. Using that feedback we've normalized the process to be globally consistent and in alignment with Lance Levy’s ONE CAPCO vision. More updates to come in early 2017 in the mean time if you have any questions feel free to ask your local HC lead.

      Pros

      -Capco provides me the opportunity to work for big companies within the banking and insurance sector -Capco grants me the tools to grow further and to build additional experience -They supported and valued my pro-active approach and my new ideas and initiatives were leveraged by senior and top management -Entrepreneurial approach within a global organization makes Cacpo a very open-minded company culture with the close access to and the creation of an international network.

      Pros

      Capco is still at the point where its learning as it rapidly expands. Most consultants and employees have worked there for a short time so it's quite easy to connect with them. You can get a broad range of experiences and insight into consulting and financial services.

      Cons

      Company is too flexible - a lot of moving parts going on at the same time. No clear definition on Capco's objectives and business domains.
